While normally your solar attic fan runs directly off the solar panel. When the sun goes down, your fan would stop. With our Hybrid Power Adapter, if your attic is above 80 degrees Fahrenheit after dark, then the “smart sensor” will draw from your house power and keep the fan running until the attic cools down.
